CITYCORTEX · AGENT INTELLIGENCE
CityCortex AI agents share the same information foundation and work together to help local authorities, technical teams and decision-makers understand the city, set priorities and assess scenarios.

From an initial report to a decision: an illustrative interaction between AI agents responding to an urban issue.
Demonstration only. This infographic illustrates the proposed CityCortex agent ecosystem. It does not depict a final technical implementation.
CityCortex is a smart city platform concept that brings together sensing, urban data and artificial intelligence. Its aim is to give local authorities and decision-makers a shared view of the city to support planning and service management.
An urban digital twin is a dynamic digital representation of a city and its assets. Data from sensors and information systems inform the model, helping teams analyse conditions, explore scenarios and make decisions.
CityCortex envisages specialist AI agents for decision support, urban mobility, predictive maintenance, safety and administrative processes. Their recommendations remain under the control of the people responsible for managing the city.
The proposed architecture connects IoT sensors, GIS systems, BIM models and ERP software. A data lake, knowledge graph and semantic search organise the information foundation, while dashboards, apps and APIs make it accessible to services and users.
